Agree with Village. RE7 worked because it was as slow as the original game and it's remake. RE8 tries to be RE4 and it doesn't work in first person.

Oh yeah I forgot you're an angloid and you have no swastikas in game. I noticed in airborne, heroes and vanguard the swastikas are replaced with iron crosses. Hell even in your european assault play through. Lmao.

I imagine the Quake 3 community, though now somewhat aged, would be larger today than it was in its original days. Back then, the internet didn't really favor international connections, so theoretically, we all played in our own little bubbles. I'm referring to the original players from 1999/2000. It would be amazing to see all the old names and hopefully spot someone I remember.

I grew up with the N64 port of Quake 2. I used to play it with my dad often and last year when te remaster came out, it was the first time I was able to play the PC port yet they also brought backt the N64 levels and it was the first campaign I played. I called my dad and he watched me play half of the campaign in one sitting for nostalgia reasons and we really bonded over it. It really brought back some memories

The funny thing about the mirrors in this game is that Unreal Engine 2 has a built in mirror system that looks way better but they didn't use it for some reason. You can even open the game's unreal editor and use the default mirror system yourself but you have to set UseStencil to true in the rendering settings to make it work.

Hi I know you review indie games and i hope you take suggestions on what to review. I highly recommended Cavalry Girls, is a hidden gem like the citadel but for a steel of a price for the amount of gameplay you get.

I loved re5 when i was in middle school. Tried it again recently after having played re2 remake and re4 remake and....i just cant. I WANT so bad to like it. But the UI is really bad. The FOV makes me get headaches. You cant manage your inventory the way you want...and honestly? The game looks ugly. Not old, just ugly. Re4 (original) looks better. Im SO looking forward to the remake so we can enjoy re5 the way it should have been released.

1 Year later and I finally played the remake. Back when it released I told myself I can't play it, since I don't meet the system specs. But a few days ago I went in to the game with the same system specs and the game ran incredibly well, even without even meeting the minimum system specs on the CPU and GPU side of things. So I guess it's safe to say the game is well optimized. Even with my specs I got a decent 80fps that didn't dip below that once.

To be fair, those "bosses" your talking about are not bosses, they are just big tankier enemies...if you look in the lore menu there is a tab for bosses and there are only like 4 or 5 of them and you know when you are fighting them in game because there is a massive health bar at the top of the screen as well as thier name

This game got a lot of hate when it came out. It’s withstood the test of time better than the rest of them. 3-SA haven’t aged well. At all.
